We spotted this fashion disaster in Beijing last weekend. I've heard of matching your belt and your shoes, but do you have to match your hair color to your outfit too???? And who walks around with an empty birdcage? I about fell over laughing when this walked by!
That's awesome! The line between fashionista and bag lady is sometimes blurred, as is the case here.
